Alpha Merch Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including for standard, custom, or personalized products. Please review product details and personalization carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email jake@alphamerchco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.

We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please do not send items back unless we instruct you to do so.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
