Alpha Merch Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship retail orders to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, plus eligible U.S. territory and military addresses offered at checkout. Available shipping options depend on the delivery address and items ordered. We do not currently offer shipping to the European Union.

Production and handling
Most retail orders are produced and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Production and handling time is separate from carrier transit time.

Retail shipping rates and transit estimates
Standard shipping is free, with estimated transit of 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping is $9.95 USD, with estimated transit of 2–3 business days after dispatch, where available at checkout. Express shipping does not shorten production and handling time.

Alaska, Hawaii, remote locations, territory and military addresses may require additional transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.

Custom and bulk orders
Custom and bulk orders have separate production schedules and shipping charges. The retail rates and timelines above do not apply to these orders. Review the applicable product listing, checkout or written quote for the shipping charge and estimated timing before ordering.

Tracking and delivery questions
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please provide an accurate shipping address. Contact jake@alphamerchco.com promptly if you need an address correction or if your package is delayed, lost or marked delivered but cannot be located.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email jake@alphamerchco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund under our Refund Policy. Please do not send items back unless we instruct you to do so.
